If you join the Cystic Fibrosis Mailing List, they usually send you some very pretty roses Address Labels, along with a solicitation for a donation. I have a friend with CF and so I signed up to be on their mailing list about two months ago and in late March, they sent me address labels. I didn't do anything else but sign up on their website at this link:

They are a very worthy organization. They also have lists of ongoing Clinical Trails and Studies that CF Patients and their families may be interested in getting in on. Those can be found HERE:

This is their Homepage. They are selling some of those Wristbands in Bright Blue that say BREATHE on them. They have a minimum order of ten though.
